A few nonnegotiables every morning. Water, mineral salt, a devotional, sun if it’s shining 😊 Today was 1 Corinthians 3:13 - it has been my business anchor from the beginning. ⚓️

As a mama, being present for my children is a top priority. Time is something we never get back, and I don’t want to look back someday and realize I was so busy building something that I missed their growth nor the opportunities to be at the forefront for them.

This is why I love running a small local business. It gives me the opportunity to create, learn and build something I truly care about—while still allowing me to steward the things God has placed in my hands at home.

And being a Christ-led business means I’m learning that growth doesn’t have to be the goal.

I don’t want to grow simply because bigger is what we’re told success looks like. I want to protect the quality, the ingredients, the sourcing, and the care that make this business what it is.

So maybe growth comes slowly. Maybe God opens certain doors and closes others. Maybe 11th Hour becomes bigger than I ever imagined—or maybe it remains intentionally small. 💙

My responsibility isn’t to force the outcome.

It’s to steward well what He has given me.

To do the work with excellence.
To remain faithful to what matters.
To keep my priorities where they belong.
