Hi everyone! I’m Trisha, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Manager at Summit Heights Assisted Living!

One of the things I’m looking forward to most in this role is getting to know our tenants, their families, and the wonderful people in our community. ❤️

This morning I had the chance to sit down over coffee with some of our Summit Heights tenants and a few ladies from the community. There was plenty of coffee, laughter, conversation, and even a few treats around the table! These are exactly the kinds of mornings that make Summit Heights feel like home.

🌽☀️ Annual Summer Sweet Corn Lunch 2026! ☀️🌽

There’s nothing better than enjoying a delicious summer meal with our residents, families, and staff! ❤️

This year, we peeled 85 ears of sweet corn generously provided by Harrington Sweetcorn LLC ! 🌽 We want to send a HUGE thank-you to them for their time, generosity, and for providing us with such delicious corn over the last few years. We truly appreciate you! 💛

Our residents, families, and staff all pitched in to help shuck the corn, making this lunch even more special.

We enjoyed:
🌭 Grilled hot dogs, grilled by our Activity Director, Ciera
🌽 Fresh sweet corn
🥔 Potato salad
🫘 Baked beans
🍫 Yummy brownies

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with good food, great company, and lots of smiles! Thank you to everyone who helped make our annual Summer Sweet Corn Lunch a success! 🌽❤️

This month, we had double the reason to celebrate — our wonderful July birthdays and the spirit of the 4th of July! ❤️🤍💙

We gathered together for a festive afternoon filled with laughter, music, and the sweetest treat of all — confetti cupcakes topped with fluffy whipped frosting. 🧁✨ It was the perfect way to wrap up a month of patriotic pride and joyful moments.

❤️ July Mocktail Hour at Nora Springs Care Center! ❤️

Our residents kicked off the holiday spirit with a refreshing Fourth of July Mocktail Hour! Everyone enjoyed delicious Fourth of July Spritzers made with Strawberry Fanta, white peach syrup, whipped topping, and festive blue sugar crystals. 🍓🥤💙

There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and great conversation as everyone gathered together to cool off with these patriotic treats. It's moments like these that make summer at Nora Springs Care Center so special!

A big thank you to our amazing team for creating another fun and festive experience for our residents. We can't wait for next month's mocktail creation!

🎉 Big Congratulations to Lindsey! 🎉

We are so excited to share some wonderful news with our Nora Springs Care Center family!

After months of hard work, dedication, and determination, Lindsey has officially passed her Administrator Exam! We are incredibly proud to announce that she is now the Administrator of Nora Springs Care Center! 👏💙

Lindsey has shown exceptional leadership, compassion, and commitment to providing the highest quality care for our residents, supporting our staff, and serving our community. We are excited to see her continue to lead our team and make a positive impact every day.

A special thank you goes to her preceptor for the guidance, mentorship, and support throughout this journey. Your dedication to helping develop future leaders in long-term care is truly appreciated.
