In need of an experienced and live-in CG in Chino. You can choose the following schedule: Mon- Thurs or Tues- Friday, but if you have another option, please let me know. The CG must meet or experienced of the ff:
▪︎Stroke male client approx 120lbs (bedbound)
▪︎Electric Hoyerlift is provided if he needs to transfer in the wheelchair during Doctor appointment.
▪︎G-tube feeding (4× a day)
▪︎Medication administration (AM&PM)
▪︎Emptying a gallbladder &catheter bag
▪︎Bed or spongebath
▪︎ Changing diaper AM & PM only (he uses wrap)
▪︎Leg/arm exercises
▪︎Laundry (client's stuffs)
▪︎light housekeeping.
