🎉 Happy 16th Birthday to us! 🎉

Dr. Cassandra Sanders-Holly started Leaps & Bounds with one patient, one horse, and a big dream of helping the children in her community. Sixteen years later, we are proud to serve over 1,000 children every week across our Norco and Corona locations.

None of this would be possible without our incredible families, our dedicated team of therapists and staff, and a community that shows up for our children every single day. Through Friends of Leaps & Bounds, we continue working to make sure no child is ever turned away because of financial barriers.

Thank you for 16 years of helping children grow by leaps and bounds. Here's to many more! 💜🐴

At our 12th annual Saddle Up for Pediatric Therapy gala, we were honored to present the Silver Spur Award to Karen and Bobby Spiegel.

The Silver Spur Award recognizes leaders who excite action in our community. People who go where few dare, who urge forward motion, and who consistently champion the families and organizations that make the Inland Empire stronger.

Karen Spiegel, Riverside County Supervisor for District 2, has been a steady advocate for the patients and families we serve. Her leadership has helped us navigate complex challenges, from payor relationships with local insurance plans to flood control issues that directly impacted our ability to deliver therapy. She brings grace, bipartisan partnership, and a genuine commitment to the children at the heart of our work. We are grateful for all of the support we have received from County Supervisor Karen Spiegel.

Bobby Spiegel has been a champion of small business, nonprofit growth, and community connection across our region for decades. He welcomed Leaps & Bounds into the Corona Chamber and continues to open doors, share our vision, and connect people who can solve real community needs together.

Together, Karen and Bobby represent what civic leadership looks like at its best. Present. Personal. Generous with their time. Focused on the people, not the platform.

This Mother’s Day, we are honoring the mothers who show up, advocate, and never stop believing in their children.

Victoria knows Edmond better than anyone, and that love has been his greatest strength. We are so grateful she trusted us with his journey and took the time to share it.

At Saddle Up for Pediatric Therapy 2026, we paused our program to honor Abby and her parents, two people who have stood on our gala stage year after year, lending their voices to raise support for the children we serve. This time, our community came together to honor them.

Saturday night, our community came together for the 12th annual Saddle Up Gala, and together we raised $325,682 for the children and families of Leaps & Bounds.

Every dollar of it will fuel our Elevate Capital Campaign, the $3 million, two-year initiative that will expand our facilities, strengthen our long-term sustainability, and secure the foundation that allows us to keep showing up for the Inland Empire for years to come. Saturday was the official public launch of Elevate, and you helped us start strong.

This is the why.

Every confident step at the ranch. Every kiddo who finds their balance, their voice, their breakthrough in the saddle. Every family who watches their child do something they were not sure was possible.

That is what Saddle Up makes possible. Every dollar raised on May 2 directly funds hippotherapy sessions, where our occupational, physical, and speech therapists use the movement of a horse as a powerful treatment tool for the kiddos who need it most.

Five days until May 2. We cannot wait to welcome our guests, sponsors, and table hosts who are showing up to make this night possible. You are the reason these moments keep happening.

And here is something new this year, you do not have to be in the room to be part of the night. We are live streaming the full event, so every parent, grandparent, and supporter can be there with us, wherever you are.
