About the Role
Duluth Health Care Systems is a home healthcare company in the U.S. We are hiring a Virtual Assistant to manage social media, content, and basic marketing tasks to help us reach families who need home care services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & TikTok
Create and schedule posts (Canva, short videos, captions)
Run Facebook & Instagram ads (Atlanta, GA audience)
Write short SEO blog posts
Respond to messages and comments
Research and contact potential clients & referral partners
Submit weekly performance reports
Requirements
Based in the Philippines with stable internet
Experience with social media management & ads
Canva and basic video editing skills
Strong English writing & communication
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Healthcare experience is a plus, not required
Pay & Schedule
Hourly rate: Competitive (discussed during interview)
Hours: 10–15 hrs/week (may increase)
