+ Trauma therapy using Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, DBT, or art therapy
+ Creative DBT skills group (DBT + art materials!) for adults 18+, great for BPD/chronic emotion dysregulation, bipolar, and impulsivity.
+ RO DBT skills class for adults 18+, great for excessive self-control seen in autism, ADHD, treatment resistant anxiety and depression, and anorexia.
