A few pics from last night's mental health hero ball, supporting NAMI Coastal Virginia. The National Alliance on Mental Illness offers support to those suffering with mental illness and those caring for individuals with mental illness. Mental illness comes in all shapes and sizes. Many times, the individuals suffer in silence and you have no clue, because on the outside "things appear normal". Know there are resources locally if you or a loved one need assistance.
