Pilates, Health & Dance by Everlea, LLC Pilates, Health & Dance by Everlea "P.H.D." stands for all of Everlea's passions: Pilates, Health and Dance.

The Company was named by Everlea's late friend Stephanie Torres in 2009, shortly before her passing. Stephanie was able to see Everlea legally establish her business and attended Everlea's first class in South FL. We have grown from our 2009 early days into a beautiful Classical Pilates, dance, barre, wellness and personal training facility in the Ghent Square district in Norfolk, VA. In addition

to Studio Owner, there's amazing teaching staff members at PHD Studio, plus our wonderful administrative staff. Our teaching staff works closely with Everlea for continuing education and they also bring their own unique strengths and talents to the team. On-site and online, we offer a variety of private and group services including Pilates, Pilates Wellness, Dance, Barre, Stretch, and more. We are a one-stop professional wellness shop, helping you take care of your mind and body.
