Our intention is to guide people toward a state of internal contentment. Our experience is that the standard model of living does not necessarily foster a natural balance in our lives. Our efforts are focused on nurturing a lifestyle that will result in a healthy mind, body and spirit. It is important to us that our guests realize that we are not trying to fix them as we do not view them as broken

. We encourage them to maintain an active role in their personal well-being and relate to us as assistants in their endeavors. Our massage and bodywork include several modalities including Thai Yoga, neuromuscular, deep tissue, Swedish, and cranio-sacral. Whether the intention is to relieve pain, promote relaxation, increase range of motion and flexibility, to release energy blockages, or any combination of these; we will custom tailor our services to meet individual circumstances. Our staff is engaged in ongoing continuing education and takes the approach that we can always become more effective at what we do. Along with a balanced diet, exercise, and positive human interaction, we encourage our guests to focus inward and pay attention to their mind and body with respect and compassion.
