Emotional eating coaching for high-functioning women
who pour their energy into everyone else all day, then use food at night as the only rest they allow themselves. Hi, I’m Dr. Denise Morrison! 🌿

I’m a Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, Emotional Eating Expert, and Trauma-Informed Coach with over 35 years of experience helping women overcome emotional eating, resolve stress-driven health

challenges, and find true balance in their health and lives. As someone who has walked this path myself, I know what it feels like to struggle with stubborn symptoms like fatigue, bloating, cravings, and hormone imbalances that seem impossible to overcome. That’s why I’m passionate about helping empathic, introverted women get to the root causes of their symptoms and create real, sustainable change. My approach is rooted in Functional Medicine, mindset work, and holistic strategies that address the body, mind, and spirit. Through detox programs, personalized coaching, and a supportive community, I empower women to:
✨ Release toxins and reduce symptoms like bloating and fatigue.
✨ Rebalance hormones, digestion, and energy levels naturally.
✨ Rewire their relationship with food and let go of emotional eating patterns. In this space, you’ll find resources, guidance, and encouragement to help you feel confident and in control of your health. Whether you’re ready to detox, break free from emotional eating, or simply start feeling like yourself again, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.

💖 Let’s reset, recharge, and rediscover the healthiest, happiest version of you—together!

She spent years treating her cravings like the enemy.
Fighting and hating them through every evening, and feeling like garbage when they won anyway.

Nobody ever told her the craving wasn't the problem. It was the messenger.

When a craving shows up, it's your body flashing a light. Something needs attention down here. Stress. Exhaustion. Being the strong one for everyone all day. The snack is just how that signal gets dressed up.

Once she stopped screaming at the dashboard and started reading it, food stopped running the show.

If you've been at war with your own cravings, there's a calmer way through, and it doesn't run on beating yourself up.

Blood sugar swings are one of the most missed reasons women crave sugar at night.

Here's what happens. You're "good" all day. Coffee for breakfast. A sad little salad for lunch. You power through on willpower and caffeine.

Then 8pm hits and you're standing at the pantry like a raccoon.

It feels emotional. And sometimes it is. But a lot of the time, your body is just trying to fix a problem you created at 7am.

When you skip meals or eat too little during the day, your blood sugar drops. Your body panics. It screams for the fastest fuel it can find, which is sugar and carbs. That's not weakness. That's biology doing its job.
So you're not failing at night. You're paying for a day of running on empty.

The only way to know if this is your pattern is to actually look at it. What you ate. When you ate. What your energy did. The story is usually in the timeline.

I've coached women for years who swore they had no self-control, then watched their night cravings shrink once we fixed the daytime gaps. Same woman. Same kitchen. Different blood sugar.

If you're ready to stop fighting yourself every night, comment STEADY.
I'll send you my free Emotional Eating Rewire Guide so you can start spotting your patterns today.

Nobody could ever say my last name right.....Udvarhely.
Go ahead, give it a shot. I'll wait.

I was always the quiet one. The listener. The kid who could feel the weight someone was carrying even when they swore up and down they were fine.

Thirty years later, I'm still pulling on that same thread, just with a lot more letters after my name.

Physical therapy showed me how bodies wear down and come back.

NLP showed me how the brain keeps running the same old loops on repeat.

Integrative health gave me the receipts so I stopped guessing.

But every single piece of it points to one woman.

She's sharp. She's capable. She's the one everybody leans on.

Then the house finally goes quiet, and there she is at the counter, reaching for something sweet, wondering why this is the one thing she can't seem to get a handle on.

If that's you, hear me. This was never about being weak. Nothing is wrong with you.

You've just been the strong one for way too long, and nobody ever sat down with you to look at what's really going on underneath all of it.

That's what I get to do now. And at 56, I have never felt more like myself.

So if something here hit a nerve, let's talk. I've got a few free sessions open for women who are done handling this on their own.

Let's have a real conversation about what's actually happening for you. DM me the word READY and I'll send the details. 😘

You’re the one everyone calls.

The one who remembers the birthdays, picks up the slack, listens to the hard stuff, holds the room together when it starts to crack.

You do it well. So well that nobody thinks to ask if you’re okay.
But you know.

You feel it at 9pm when the house finally quiets and you’re standing in front of the pantry, not really hungry but desperate for something that feels like yours.

You feel it on Sunday nights, when the dread starts before the week even begins.

You feel it in your shoulders, in your sleep, in the way you snap at the person who least deserves it.

This isn’t a character flaw. It’s a math problem. You can’t keep giving from a cup nobody’s refilling. Not even you.

The food at night, the wine, the scroll until 1am. That’s not weakness. That’s the only space in your day that belongs to you.

There’s a version of this where you don’t have to wait until you’re empty to take care of yourself.

Where rest isn’t something you earn after collapse.

When you’re ready to stop running on fumes, DM me the word EMPTY and I’ll send you the thing I made for exactly this moment.

😘
