🎉 Happy CNA Week June 11th-17th! 🎉
This week, we celebrated our incredible CNAs the best way we know how—lots of energy drinks, ice cream, new gear and by giving them a well-deserved break while our leadership team stepped in to take the floor!
While our CNAs enjoyed a relaxing pizza party out in the courtyard 🍕☀️, leadership got a small taste of what our amazing team does every single day.
But of course… our CNAs couldn’t resist a little fun! 😄
They pulled a classic prank—coordinating multiple call lights to go off all at once 🔔🔔🔔—just to remind leadership of one very important thing:
⏱️ All call lights should always be answered in less than 12 minutes!
Laughter, teamwork, and a whole lot of appreciation filled the day. We are so grateful for the compassion, dedication, and heart our CNAs bring to our residents every day.

The food was good, the weather was beautiful, but the company was even better! We are so blessed to have such a beautiful lake nearby to enjoy a lunch picnic at.

Betty, RN flew down from Skyview Villa Assisted Living to personally remind the nurses at St. Joseph Rehab & Care Center how amazing they are during Nurses Week 🩺✨
She may honk a lot but being the RN she is, she knows about the long hours, caring hearts, quick thinking, and endless compassion our nurses show every single day. From calming patients to dignifying lives, you all do it with grace.🥰
