Back to School Week is Here!

All my clients have been notified of the following message regarding schedule changes going into effect starting next week.

☆Going into the start of the school year for my own 2 daughters, I will be doing less in-session office hours from 9am to 2pm. This will allow me more time at home in the evenings yet less after school session availability for clients.
Please let me know your plans for an earlier session time and I may make some adjustments accordingly.

Today is International Self Care Day!
Here's an article that inspired me to start walking in the mornings for self-care & exercise! I'm now 25 days in & noticing how much better I feel starting my mornings with some ME time!

Coffee is & always will be another strong source of self-care for me! I found this cute little cup koozie at Blossom & Birch yesterday & my Black Magic drink fit in perfectly this morning!
(Retail Therapy is another source too, once in a while).
