Integrating all that we explored together this weekend. 🌿✨

So grateful to share the experience of the Monroe Institute’s Exploring Consciousness workshop with such a thoughtful, open and beautiful group. Watching people gently expand their awareness, connect more deeply with themselves and support one another in the process is always deeply meaningful. 💜

Thank you to everyone who showed up with curiosity, presence and willingness to explore. These spaces continue to remind me how powerful it is to simply pause, listen and experience together.

Ready for Day 1 of Exploring Consciousness ✨

This weekend we begin a shared journey into awareness, presence and inner exploration through the Monroe Institute’s Exploring Consciousness workshop.

Whether this is your first experience with meditation or part of a longer path of curiosity, you’re welcome here. Over the next two days we’ll explore Focus levels, guided exercises, Hemi-Sync® and the simple practice of noticing what unfolds within us.

Grateful to hold space for this experience and for everyone choosing to show up with openness and curiosity.
