🌡️ Feeling dizzy this summer? It may not just be the heat or dehydration.
Many people experience dizziness due to inner ear issues, balance disorders, or vestibular dysfunction.
It can show up as lightheadedness, spinning sensations, or feeling unsteady on your feet.

Common signs to watch for:
• Difficulty focusing or walking straight
• Sudden loss of balance
• Dizziness when changing positions

Ignoring these symptoms can increase your risk of falls and make daily activities harder.
Physical therapy helps identify the root cause and uses targeted exercises to restore your balance and confidence.

🎉Celebrating Wins🎉

"After a lower back fusion and a total reverse shoulder surgery, which were a year apart, I had constant lower back, shoulder, and neck pain. I also experienced headaches that were worse in the mornings.

Coming to NNPT was amazing. My headaches are gone completely. Between the therapy, stretching, and exercises, I have gained knowledge on how to keep my muscles more flexible, which allows me to move, walk, and exercise—things that were not possible before.

Phil, the PT, performed dry needling, which I had not heard of before. It was uncomfortable at times; however, my pain was gone after.

I would recommend NNPT to everyone."

🦵 Arthritis can cause pain, stiffness, and limited mobility in your knees, hips, hands, and more.
It often starts gradually, but over time it can make everyday movements like walking, bending, or even gripping objects more difficult.
Many people try to push through it or assume it’s just part of getting older.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

The right treatment plan can help:
• Reduce pain and inflammation
• Improve strength and joint stability
• Restore mobility so you can stay active

Physical therapy focuses on helping you move better, not just manage symptoms, so you can keep doing the things you enjoy.
