I made this blend originally for when you are stressed out and so done…but you still have things to do.

Take 15 minutes, take a break from the situation, breathe, go boil some water, add a teabag to a cup, cover it, wait 5 minutes, drink and feel the calmness come, the quietness of the thoughts, knowing it’s going to be ok and you got this.

This tea is great iced as well.

To make iced tea:
Make twice as strong as normal and refrigerate or add over ice.
