At Kintsugi Physical Therapy & Wellness, regenerative therapies are designed to support your body’s natural ability to heal, reduce pain, and restore healthy movement. These gentle, noninvasive treatments can help calm inflammation, improve circulation, and encourage tissue repair so you can move with more comfort and confidence. ✨🌿

Infrared red light therapy offers targeted support for cellular recovery and can help ease muscle tension and joint discomfort. PEMF uses pulsed electromagnetic fields to promote circulation and reduce inflammation, creating a soothing environment for healing. Dry needling can help release tight muscles, improve mobility, and reduce pain by addressing deep trigger points. Together, these therapies create a powerful, whole‑body approach to recovery. 💛

If you are navigating chronic pain, lingering tightness, or slow healing, our team can help you choose the right combination of regenerative tools to support your goals and daily movement.
