Tuesday, we spent some intentional time together at our biannual retreat really digging into our strengths individually and also at a team. We looked at what are needs are, what we’re currently doing to meet those needs, and how to improve our team health in the future through integrating what’s currently missing.
We learned that our number one leading strength domain is relationship building (which makes sense because we’re all therapists, right?) And we also learned that 413 creates the kind of trust and growth-focused environment where employees feel truly seen, supported, and challenged to become their best selves.
In a small company, it can be easy to overlook the internal dynamics at play—especially in an industry where the focus of the work is happening 1:1 with clients. But professional and team development happens regardless of the size of the team as long as leadership is paying attention.
