Feeling inspired after an incredible night at the Birth Brigade Launch last evening. So grateful for Dr. Bill Byungyol Chun and Hehe tranquilitybyhehe for their mission to change standard of care for birthing moms in our community. Last night Dr. Bill shared with us that the “less he does the better the outcome”, this is so refreshing and sadly not a common outlook in modern obstetrics! If you are looking for an MD Dr. Bill is back from retirement because he’s dedicated to his patients, and there aren’t a whole lot of great choices out there for moms right now!

If you are pregnant know that you deserve a provider who aligns with your birthing goals and supports your autonomy and right to make informed decisions regarding your birth! I am so grateful for all these two are doing! Can’t wait to hear the new podcast.

I’m excited to announce that I have beeen pursuing a Trauma Informed Pelvic Health Certification since January, And I have officially received my certificate today!

To any therapists looking to expand your practice and learn how to appropriately integrate effective nervous system tools to help you clients achieve their goals, this Cert is for you!

I had always believed that trauma informed care was assuming your client has potentially experienced trauma and making sure you asked permission and created a safe environment. Now I realize that it’s much more, that it’s the having the knowledge to help create safety not just within the environment for the client, but as well as in their body/nervous system.

This course gave me the tools to facilitate nervous system regulation within my clients as well as within my own body when treating! I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Lindsey Vestal and Lara May for this transformational experience!
