Licensed Mental Health Clinician/Licensed Independent Social Worker
AWC (Andover Wellness and Counseling), we are seeking experienced and independently licensed mental health clinicians (LMHC, LICSW, PhD, PsyD, LMFT) to join our practice in North Andover, MA. We are looking for part-time clinicians who will work as independent contractors, there is the potential to move into full-time contracted role. Insurance panel affiliation is very desirable, but not required, we can help get you paneled. Experience the autonomy and flexibility of being in private practice without the cost and energy of managing it on your own. We are seeking creative, strengths focused clinicians who believe in the importance of wellness in regards to behavioral health, and a person with a desire to help people reach their full potential. Our welcoming office space has plenty of room of groups, designated play/sandtray room. ***Fully remote/telehealth is available in the state of MA***Clinicians can move from telehealth to in person at our North Andover office***

Required/Preferred Skills & Experience

Clinician must have an independent / terminal mental health license in Massachusetts
A demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growth
Evidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleagues
We are looking for clinicians who are self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently and who are dedicated to being in the private practice setting
Basic technology skills are needed
Networking skills are a plus
