Depression doesn't always look like sadness.

Sometimes it looks like answering every email, showing up to work, and seeming completely fine; while feeling empty on the inside.

Sometimes it looks like answering emails, making it to work, and seeming totally fine; while feeling completely empty inside.

đź§  Transitions mess with your nervous system in ways people don't talk about. The loss of routine, the uncertainty, the pressure to seem excited when you actually just feel overwhelmed.
