Spreading the word b/c I know for a fact this will be a great class. I would be there if I didn't work on Thursday nights. The teacher is beyond gifted.
If you don't already know, Qigong is very gentle movement, breath work, and meditation focusing on circulating and building energy in our bodies and calming our minds. It's a wonderful thing to learn how to do to maintain and enhance health and wellbeing. Anyone can do it regardless of level of fitness, ability, or experience.
