Twin baby deer showed up at our office today! One made it to the sidewalk while the other hid in the brush! 🦌 ❤️

We are very excited to be adding two new Nurse Practitioners to our evening and weekend crew this July! This will allow us to start offering checkups again in the evenings and weekends since we will have two providers here most evenings and weekends that our after hours clinic is open. NP Laquindra Thornton is the first we will introduce, and we are so very fortunate to have her join our work family! Here is a little about her:

"Laquindra is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her healthcare journey after graduating from Greenbrier High School, where she earned her Nurse's Aid Certification. While working as a CNA, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2015. Laquindra later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts in 2022. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending quality time with her children, Braxton and Christina. She also enjoys traveling and attending sporting events."

We got to celebrate one of our amazing CMAs, Bri, today! She is expecting a sweet baby boy at the end of June! (We’ve lost count at this point of how many baby boys our staff has had this past year! 💙💙) She will be a wonderful mother, and we can’t wait to meet him!! 💙

We ❤️ our Spanish translators! We are so incredibly blessed to have 5 wonderful ladies (4 are in this video!) who are always ready to jump in and help translate for a provider or for a patient on the phone! Thank you, ladies, for all you do!! ❤️❤️

We have had a “slight” baby boom with our staff over this past year, and all have been baby boys! We have a few more babies on their way this year, and one of our amazing CMAs did a very special gender reveal this week with our awesome group of CMAs! Such a fun, sweet moment! Here’s to another baby boy! 💙
