She uses a creative, integrative, and client-centered approach to support clients navigating anxiety, loss, life changes, relationship challenges, and personal growth. We’re excited to welcome Jerry Lau, BA, MA Candidate, Counseling Intern, to the Taking Control Counseling team! 💛 Jerry provides therapy in English and Spanish and works with children, teens, and adults. He uses a person-centered and existential approach, incorporating CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and ACT to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD/neurodivergence, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
