Southwest Rehabilitation is a privately owned speech treatment facility serving hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, transitional homes, hospice care, and outpatients. Southwest Rehabilitation has been in business since 1989 and is managed by two speech-language pathologists with over 30 years of combined experience. We partner with local physicians and surgeons to provide

coordinated care for ventilator, tracheostomy, dysphagia, sleep apnea, acute stroke, neurologic impairments, and many more etiologies for both the adult and pediatric populations. Southwest Rehabilitation is located at 490 N. 2nd Street in Coos Bay, Oregon and services the communities of Coos Bay, North Bend, Reedsport, Bandon, Coquille and Myrtle Point.
