We are growing and looking for passionate people to join our team at Bay Area First Step! 💙

We are currently hiring for a Finance Manager to help lead our Finance Department and oversee our financial operations, grant management, and billing coordination. This is a vital role that ensures we can continue providing life-changing peer-delivered recovery services across Coos and Curry Counties.

What we are looking for:

A professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Someone with 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting or financial management experience.

Bonus points if you have experience with non-profit accounting, billing, compliance, or programs providing addiction recovery services!

If you are highly organized, ready to supervise a great team, and actively want to support a collaborative and supportive work environment, we want to hear from you.

Anyone is welcome!
Community members that want to participate don't have to be signed up with us to attend.

We want to offer some fun events for individuals to connect, socialize and learn some new skills if desired. We are ipen to suggestions as well for future events.

🎗Need health support? We are proud to offer our PATHS program (Peer Assisted Telemedicine for Health in Substance Users), where our mission is to eradicate HCV and Syphilis. Alongside PATHS, we also have a dedicated STD, STI, and communicable disease Peer Specialist working under our Health Equity program in partnership with the Coos Health & Wellness public health nurse.
