Wise Program Graduation PM North Bergen!!
Today we celebrated the Wise program graduation. The WISE program is a wellness and prevention program for older adults that teaches them how to celebrate healthy aging, adopt a healthy lifestyle, and avoid substance use. WISE provides valuable information on topics ranging from medication abuse and management, stress management, depression, loneliness, and substance use. Congratulations to all the graduates.
Hoy tuvimos la graduacion del programa Wise El Programa WISE, es un programa de bienestar y prevención para adultos mayores que les enseña a celebrar un envejecimiento saludable, a adoptar un estilo de vida saludable y a evitar el consumo de sustancias. WISE proporciona información valiosa sobre temas que abarcan desde el abuso y el manejo de medicamentos, el manejo del estrés, la depresión, la soledad y el consumo de sustancias.
