I am so proud of all the staff at Pinnacle NB. Each one of you plays an integral part in this incredible accomplishment! The compassion, care, and dedication that you put forth every -single-day for our residents is truly heartfelt and inspiring. I’m so grateful and thankful for you all!

Of the 78 nursing homes in Maine, we rank 2nd for our DHHS survey (meaning we had less deficiencies than the other 76).
Our staffing is ranked 5 stars - the highest achievement that includes nursing staff hours and ratios, RN coverage, and weekend hours with ZERO agency!

Overall we achieved 5 stars - the highest rating! Congratulations to you all!!!

We kicked off the celebration with pizza for all three shifts and a special visit from Deanna's Scrubs Etc. — just a small way to say THANK YOU to our incredible CNAs. Your compassion, skill, and dedication make a real difference every single day. We appreciate everything you do for our residents!

“Carry Kindness Wherever You Go” isn’t just a saying at Pinnacle North Berwick — it’s HOW WE ROLL! 💙✨ Our staff brought the flavor (and the fun!) to a delicious potluck lunch they organized full of laughs, great company, and way too much food!
Our infamous resident “staff” volunteer was on the scene snapping group photos to help preserve the memories and the laughs! 😂💕

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Southern New Hampshire Graduate Advising Team for volunteering on Friday to w**d, plant flowers, and refresh our gardens despite the rainy weather 🌧️🌸🌿
