Occasionally, I receive inquiries asking for services that fall outside the scope of professional massage therapy. Requests of this nature are inappropriate, disrespectful, and will not be entertained. Exciting things are happening for Inner Balance Massage! ✨

I’m thrilled to share that Inner Balance Massage is taking the next step and expanding into a full salon space. While the space is still under construction, I couldn’t wait to give you a glimpse of what’s to come and share this exciting new chapter.

This expanded space will bring together massage therapy, hair services, and self-care in one welcoming environment designed to help you relax, recharge, and feel your best.

I’m also excited to announce that this will be a co-owned salon alongside Alicia with Coastal Hair Co. Together, we’re creating a space where beauty, wellness, and community come together under one roof.

As we continue to grow, we hope to welcome one additional team member in the future. Ideally a talented nail technician looking for their own dedicated space within our salon.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted, supported, and encouraged me throughout this journey. Your support has made this possible, and I can’t wait to welcome you into the finished space and share everything we have planned.

While the salon expansion is still under construction, Inner Balance Massage is fully open and operating as usual! ✨

What an incredible day at the Iron Network! 💙

It was such a pleasure connecting with so many amazing small business owners, entrepreneurs, and members of our community. Events like these are a great reminder of how much talent, passion, and hard work exists right here in our local area.

I was especially grateful to share the experience alongside Jenna from Uptown Beauty • Maine Hair Salon. It was wonderful representing our businesses together, meeting new faces, building connections, and supporting fellow local businesses.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to chat, network, and show support. Small businesses truly thrive when we lift each other up, and today was a perfect example of that. Looking forward to the next one!
