We want to thank Northbranch for the wonderful, last-almost 3 years. Unfortunately we have come to a point where we no longer will be in Northbranch every Monday. While it was quick and rather unexpected, we wish great things for the new tenants taking over the building (It is not medical as far as we are told). We are thankful for the relationships made and the opportunity to serve this town. Our last day in office will be 6/22/2026-The 8th,15th and 22nd, we will be in office as our normal Monday routine. Anyone interested in staying, is welcome to follow us at any other location. Should you have any requests regarding records, please send an email to: [email protected]

Monday 9-5pm
Tue-Fri 9-4pm

Normal hours are set to resume in August

Weekends we are closed. Telehealth can be done at until 7pm Monday-Saturday: 810-218-9964

Rheumatology intakes can be done ANY day during normal operating hours. Please feel free to stop in or call with any questions.
