Honoring Juneteenth π€β€οΈπ
Today we honor Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates the freedom, resilience, and strength of Black Americans.
Juneteenth serves as both a celebration of progress and a reminder of the importance of continuing to pursue equity, understanding, and justice for all.
At HWS Best Health Counseling, we stand with the Black community and recognize that mental health is deeply connected to lived experiences, including the impact of historical and generational trauma. We believe that access to compassionate, culturally responsive care is essential, and we remain committed to supporting individuals, families, and communities on their journey toward healing and well-being.
We join in honoring the history, culture, and contributions of Black individuals and communities today and every day. π€β€οΈπ
