🌟 September Resident of the Month! 🌟

Please join us in congratulating Lucille S., our September Resident of the Month! ❤️

Lucy was raised in Ohio and has enjoyed a long, loving marriage. Before getting married, she worked as a secretary and is the proud mother of three wonderful daughters, Linda, Sandy and Sharon . Family has always been very important to Lucy, especially spending the holidays together. Her favorite holiday is Christmas because everyone could be together. 🎄❤️

At North Canton Nursing & Rehab, Lucy enjoys exercise, music programs, and spending time with the friends she has made here. She continues to inspire others with her positive outlook and joyful spirit.

One of Lucy’s biggest accomplishments is reaching the incredible age of 101 years old! 🎉 Her advice to others is: “Live a good, long life and do what makes you happy.” 💕

We are so blessed to have Lucy as part of our North Canton Nursing & Rehab family!

🌟 September Employee of the Month! 🌟

Help us congratulate Gregory Barrino, Dietary Aide! 🎉 Gregory has been part of our North Canton Nursing & Rehab family for over six months and enjoys working with our staff and residents. His favorite part of his job is getting to know our residents and preparing their meals each day. 🍽️❤️

Gregory was inspired to work in healthcare by his love of caring for his family. When he’s not working, he enjoys working out, reading, basketball, and spending time with his family. One of his proudest accomplishments is serving five years in the U.S. Navy! 🇺🇸

Fun fact: Gregory loves to dance—and says he’s pretty good at it! 💃🕺

His words of wisdom: “In God we trust.” 🙏
His advice: “Always be yourself. Don’t let anyone tell you different.”

Our residents and staff came together today to celebrate and honor the incredible Dolly Parton with a special “Dress Like Dolly” tribute. 💖👗✨ From big hair and sparkle to classic Dolly-inspired looks, everyone had so much fun paying tribute to a true legend.

We’re grateful for the music, kindness, and joy Dolly has shared with the world. As Dolly always said, “Find out who you are and do it on purpose.” 💕✨

🚗🎉 Carnival Car Cruisin’ Was a HUGE Success! 🎉🚗

What an incredible day! Our annual Carnival Car Cruisin’ brought together 24 amazing cars and tons of wonderful guests from our community who came out to enjoy the show. ❤️

We had 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners for both Staff Choice and Resident Choice, along with an Honorable Mention for each category! 🏆🚘

🎟️ Congratulations to our raffle basket winners as well!!

There was something for everyone to enjoy, including:
🌭 Hot dogs & burgers
🥗 Pasta salad & potato salad
🍿 Popcorn
🍧 Snow cones
🥤 Drinks
🎨 Face painting
🎈 Balloon art
🎲 Games and activities for the kids
🎟️ Raffle baskets
And what’s a Carnival Car Cruisin’ without a little Elvis?! 🎤🕺 Elvis came out and entertained our residents, guests, and community for two hours, making the day even more memorable!

A HUGE thank you to all of the North Canton Nursing & Rehab staff who helped make this event possible. It truly takes a team, and we couldn’t have done it without you! 💙

And to our amazing community members and guests, thank you for coming out, supporting our car show, and spending the day with us! Your support means so much. 🥰
