It's National DSP Recognition Week.

Direct support professionals are the people who show up at 6am, at midnight, and on holidays. They pass medications, teach someone to cook, and sit with a family on the worst day of their year.

In Ohio, 37% of them left the field last year. Average wage, $17.71 an hour.

That one number explains most of what's wrong with quality in this industry. You can't build good care on a workforce that turns over by a third every year.

We don't have the whole answer. We do know the people who stay are the reason families trust us.

What a week at Beautiful Minds Group! ❤️

🦁 We went wild at the Akron Zoo — animals, the safari truck, and tons of smiles.
💛 We celebrated National Forgiveness Day, talking about letting go, choosing kindness, and moving forward, plus a fun forgiveness coloring activity.
🎨 And painting day had everyone creating masterpieces and enjoying time together.

From adventures out in the community to creative days at the center, every moment matters. Here's to many more! 💙

What a summer it's been! ☀️🐠

Our Beautiful Minds Group crew has been out living it up — checking out the sharks and stingrays at the Greater Cleveland Aquarium, soaking in the views by Lake Erie, and having a blast at the park. 🎡

Presden’s LEGO collection keeps growing 🔥

Newest addition: the Bugatti Bolide. This one took some time and focus, but he stuck with it and knocked it out.
