RTC Fitness We help motivated people improve their health & quality of life in a sustainable and meaningful way. We are RTC. Then Nutrition Coaching is what you need.

The rich diversity of our members, coaches, and community make us who we are, and the support we have for one another shows us what we can be, which includes working to be the best possible version of ourselves. At our foundation we are a health and wellness facility offering Personal Training, Small Group Classes (including kids programs), and Nutrition Coaching, but what we really are is so much

more than that! (check out our pictures and videos to see for yourself). We are a community of parents, students, teachers, lawyers, scientists, doctors, and every day people, and we are here to help you. All of our programs and services are designed for all levels and abilities. Individuals do not need to be "in-shape" to start one of our programs. You just need to show up and be ready to work hard and be nice to people. With our Personal Training program you will work one-on-one with a trained professional. You will discuss your goals and start down a path to achieve those goals! Each Personal Training session is either 30 or 60 minutes long and is scheduled around your availability. Small Group Classes run for 45-60 minutes and are led by a group coach. Each class has a custom program designed that is constantly varied to work on building overall functional strength and wellness. Any class and workout can be modified to meet the needs of any individual regardless of their current ability or background. The group coach will lead you through the workout(s) for the day, bringing you through warm-ups and progressions to make sure you are moving safely & efficiently, and pushing you to work your hardest. Looking to really dial things in and achieve some specific body composition goals? Schedule an InBody scan to learn about your overall body composition and to help set some realistic and specific goals to get you to your best you. Meet regularly with our nutrition coaches (online or in person) who will walk you through your customized nutrition plan, while of course holding you accountable. If you’re tired living a life limited by the way your body looks, feels, or performs and you are ready to invest in your long-term health and wellness, to look and feel your best, then we want to help you! Rachel Hartong — 300 WODs. 🎉

Five kids. A career. A schedule that would make most people’s heads spin. Rachel shows up whenever she can, however she can — and 300 workouts later, that approach has added up to something real.

Figuring out how she does it all is honestly beyond us, but we’re glad this place is part of it.

✈️ 70 members. One month. No days off.

May's Frequent Flyer Club is here — and this community showed up in a big way. 12+ days in the gym, all month long. These are the people who make RTC what it is.

Meet our June Member of the Month — coming up on one year at RTC and stronger than she’s ever been.

Taylor Zeiger grew up as a competitive softball player and stayed active through college the way athletes do — because the sport demanded it. But when she hit her 30s and the structure of organized athletics was gone, consistency became a lot harder to come by. Home workouts. Occasional drop-ins.
Nothing that really stuck.

Then she found RTC.
“I’m obsessed with this place,” she says. “It’s challenged me in a way that makes me want to keep coming back. I’m more consistent and feel stronger than I’ve ever been. I love showing up and having people tell me what to do — it takes the guesswork out of everything.”

Taylor is a regular across CrossFit, BUILD, and BURN. She’s also the head varsity softball coach at her alma mater, works at her family’s manufacturing business in Canton South, and goes home every day to Crosby, a six-year-old chocolate lab she describes as “the sweetest boy ever.” Her least favorite exercise is burpees (same, Taylor), her favorite food is tacos, and she loves a day of thrifting so much that Goodwill hates to see her coming.

Taylor, you walked in quietly and made this place better without even trying. That’s exactly the kind of person we love celebrating. We’re so glad you found your happy place here.

At RTC there are multiple ways for adults to show up — all coached, all community, all built around you actually coming back.

↳ CrossFit — strength, conditioning, and everything in between
↳ BUILD — progressive strength training with stability and mobility built in
↳ BURN — conditioning-based, no heavy lifting required
↳ L.I.F.E. — functional fitness for longevity
↳ Restore — recovery, mobility, and breathwork
↳ Run Club — weekly running workouts in a coached, group setting (seasonal)

Ryan Hartong — 300 WODs. 🎉

5:30am. Almost every time. For nearly three years, Ryan has been one of those faces you can count on before the sun is even up. The progress he’s made speaks for itself — and with five kids, a career, and a packed life, the fact that he’s here that consistently says everything about his priorities.
