Injuries don't wait for a convenient time.

That's why Lowcountry Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine offers Ortho After Hours, a walk-in clinic for urgent orthopedic care outside of normal business hours. No appointment or referral needed.

Located at the North Charleston center, Ortho After Hours is open Monday through Thursday from 5 to 7pm and Saturdays from 8am to 12pm. Patients are seen directly by orthopedic providers for fractures, dislocations, sprains, and fracture care, with on-site X-ray and casting available.

For active families and weekend athletes, it's a faster, more direct path to care than urgent care or the ER for orthopedic injuries.
