Mr. Paul Joshua Thompson, 31, of Oklahoma City, OK entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

Mr. Thompson is survived by his father, Pete Thompson (Julia); siblings: Tony Thompson, Cinoy Thompson, Michelle Thompson, Ricky Thompson, Chanel Thompson, Vivian Thompson, Sanoy Thompson, and Brittney Thompson; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joann Thompson.

Mr. Thompson was employed in the auto body repair industry.

With more than 30 years of experience as a salon owner, cosmetologist, and mentor, Mrs. Reed brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and a heart for serving others. She is a Licensed Funeral Director and Certified Crematory Operator who is passionate about helping families during some of life’s most difficult moments.

We are grateful to have her join our team and look forward to the care, dedication, and professionalism she will continue to bring to the families we serve.

Mr. Kevin Manigault, 67, of Awendaw, SC, entered eternal rest on Saturday, October 17, 2026. A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Manigault will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at Union AME Church - 7213 Highway 17 North - Awendaw, SC. The interment will follow in the Church's Cemetery. Viewing for Mr. Manigault will be held at the Rev. Bryan McNeal, Sr. Memorial Chapel - 4129 Highway 17 North - Awendaw, SC on Friday, October 23rd - 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter: Jasmine Manigault; grandchildren: Darius C. Rowe, Jr., and Malcolm I. Kevin Rowe; siblings: Edith Pinckney, Betty Harrell, Rebecca Manigault, Gwen Manigault, Jack Manigault (Bubba) and Jerome (Eric) Manigault; sisters-in-law: Anissa Manigault and Lisa Hill; brother-in-law: Anthony Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Jack Manigault and Alma Manigault; grandson: Jaxson M. Rowe; and brother: Malcolm Manigault.

He was employed as a Stocker with Publix Supermarket.

Mrs. Mary Coaxum-Jones, daughter of Rebecca C. Scott and the late Benjamin Coleman, was born August 14, 1957, in Charleston, South Carolina. She departed this life on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Jones will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Smith-McNeal Funeral Chapel - 2119 Dorchester Road, N. Charleston, SC. The Interment will take place at a later date. Viewing for Mrs. Jones will take place on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Smith-McNeal Funeral Home.

Mary grew up in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. She was a proud graduate of Cainhoy High School. She later went on to join the Armed Forces (Navy). She later got her master’s degree from the University of Phoenix.

Mary worked at Emory Hospital (Georgia) as a patient intake officer and retired in August 2021. She moved home to Walterboro, SC to be with her family. She began to work part-time at HCA Healthcare Colleton, as an HIM Specialist until her passing. Mary was happy and a delight to be around. She was loved by everyone. Her affectionate smile drew everyone towards her. She was always willing to help everyone. She had a love for her family and could not wait until the family “get-togethers” at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

In Loving Memory of Hovhannes Petrosyan
March 10, 1955 – October 15, 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Hovhannes Petrosyan on October 15, 2026, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Hovhannes was born in Armenia to his beloved parents, Emma Matnishyan and Petros Petrosyan. He grew up alongside his sisters, Naira and Rita, surrounded by the traditions and values of his Armenian homeland. Tragically, his sister Rita lost her life in the devastating 1988 earthquake in Leninakan, Armenia.
As a young man, Hovhannes proudly served in the military, achieving the rank of lieutenant. He later built a career in construction and engineering, which took him to many places and allowed him to travel and explore the world.
Sixteen years ago, Hovhannes moved to the United States, where he continued building a life with his family. He especially cherished time spent with his beloved wife, children, and four grandchildren, finding happiness in family gatherings, traveling, and sharing special moments with those closest to him.
Hovhannes is survived by his loving wife, Susanna Petrosyan; his sister, Naira; his son, Levon; his daughter, Emilya; and his four cherished grandchildren, Emily, Edward, Anna, and Arthur.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Though his loss leaves a great sadness, the memories they shared and the love he gave will remain in their hearts forever.
