Some of our residents recently showed their appreciation for the firefighters and EMS professionals at the Chesterfield County Fire and EMS by dropping off a basket filled with good fuel food items! 🚒❤️ In return, the team gave us a special tour of the firehouse. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and learn more about the incredible work they do for our community!

✨ July Resident Spotlight: Charlie ✨

This month, we're excited to recognize Charlie as our July Resident Spotlight!

Charlie was chosen for his friendly demeanor and for being such a familiar and welcoming face in the community.

When asked what he enjoys most about living at The Barclay, Charlie shared that he appreciates the variety of activities, the good food choices, and the attentive and friendly staff.

His advice to others is simple: Don't be afraid to ask questions and take advantage of the helpful reading materials around the building.

A few fun facts about Charlie: he is an avid skier, played soccer for Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, competed on a traveling kayaking team, and enjoys classical music.

We are grateful to have Charlie as part of our community and appreciate the friendliness, experience, and enthusiasm he brings to The Barclay!
