💙 September also includes Su***de Prevention & Awareness Week, with special activities focused on hope, connection, coping, self-care, and reminding our young people that they matter.

September 6–12, we’re turning up the volume on HOPE, CONNECTION, and CONVERSATION — and we want YOU to be part of it!

All week long, Live For Thomas will be sharing simple, meaningful ways that every single one of us can help break the stigma surrounding mental health and su***de.

Because you don’t have to be a therapist to make a difference. Sometimes it starts with a conversation. A listening ear. Wearing yellow. Checking on a friend. Reminding someone that they matter. 💛

Here’s what we have planned:
