It’s June! The halfway point of the year is a great opportunity to pause and check in with yourself. Join me for Journaling & Meditation on Sunday 6/7 at 9am.

What intentions did you set at the beginning of the year?

Are your daily actions aligned with what matters most to you?

Are you making space for the habits, relationships, and practices that help you feel grounded, energized, and connected to yourself?

Now is the opportunity to offer yourself grace, acknowledge where you are, and gently reconnect with what matters most.

Join me for a morning of guided meditation, reflection, and journaling as we explore what alignment looks like in this season of life and identify small, meaningful shifts that can help us move forward with greater clarity and intention.

After spending so much time behind the scenes, I realized it was finally time to introduce myself here. 💛

Hi, I’m Ana — meditation teacher, movement instructor, corporate lawyer, and mom of two busy tween/teen boys. Like many women, I understand how easy it is to spend our days caring for everyone else while putting ourselves last.

My own wellness journey began when I experienced firsthand how profoundly meditation could support stress, overwhelm, and the constant “go-go-go” pace of life. That experience inspired me to complete training as a Chopra Certified Meditation Instructor and eventually expand to AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor certification focused on gentle movement, stretching and mobility practices.

Today, my goal is to help others create simple, sustainable wellness practices that support both the mind and body — without needing to be perfect or complicated. Through meditation, mobility, stretching, and nervous system support, I hope to help others feel calmer, stronger, more grounded, and more connected to themselves now and for years to come.

You don’t need hours of free time or a complete lifestyle overhaul to care for yourself. Small practices done consistently can truly change how we feel in our everyday lives.

I’m so grateful to teach and build community and I’m excited to continue sharing this space with all of you. ✨

If you’re new here, welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

So many of us spend our days taking care of everyone else — working, caregiving, managing schedules, carrying the mental load, and pushing through burnout. Meditation can be a simple way to come back to yourself for a few moments each day.

And it doesn’t have to be complicated.

Meditation can look like:
• a few slow breaths before your day begins
• a quiet moment in the car before walking into work
• gentle movement paired with mindful breathing
• learning how to slow down instead of staying in “go mode” all the time

A regular meditation practice can help support:
• stress relief and emotional balance
• better sleep and focus
• feeling calmer and less overstimulated
• more connection to your body
• healthier aging, mobility, and overall well-being

Join me on 5/21, World Meditation Day for Movement + Meditation at 6:30 PM.

Whether you practice meditation regularly or are looking for an easy, simple introduction to the practice, you’ll leave feeling grounded and relaxed. ✨

I like to joke that I’m not working out for a “summer body”… I’m working out for my 95 year old lady body. 😂

The truth is, mobility training is one of the best things we can do for healthy aging, better posture, balance, flexibility, joint health, and feeling comfortable in our bodies for years to come.

Join me for Mobility + Stretch — a supportive, feel-good class focused on moving well now so we can keep moving well later.

Expect mindful movement, mobility work, gentle stretching, balance, breathwork, and functional movement designed to help you:
✨ reduce stiffness
✨ improve flexibility + posture
✨ support joint health
✨ move with more ease and confidence
✨ feel stronger and more mobile in everyday life

This class is beginner-friendly, low pressure, and designed for real bodies and real life — because longevity is the goal. 💫

Bring a mat, water, and come move with us. 💛

Spring is here and everything around us is starting to grow! April invites us to notice the seeds we are planting in our minds as well. 🌱✨

Join me Sunday 4/12 at 9am for a guided meditation + journaling experience centered on growth and renewal.

The thoughts we nurture become the feelings, choices and patterns we live by. In this class, we’ll explore how to plant supportive, intentional seeds within—and create space for those seeds to grow.

This class is for anyone ready to become more conscious of what they’re cultivating internally. Rather than running on autopilot, we’ll practice observing, softening, and intentionally choosing thoughts that help us grow.

The class will include:
✨ Guided meditation to help you plant and nurture intentional thought patterns
✨ Gentle movement to release stagnant energy and create space for growth
✨ Reflection on what you are currently cultivating in your life
✨ Journaling for clarity, intention-setting, and aligned mindset shifts

No meditation or journaling experience needed.
Journals and tea provided. 🫖✍️
Just bring an open mind—and a willingness to plant something new. 🌱💛

Perfect weather today for my first after-dinner walk of the season. ☀️

If there’s one wellness habit that’s completely underrated, it’s walking.

A simple daily walk can:
• support heart health
• improve blood sugar balance
• reduce inflammation
• strengthen bones and joints
• support hormone balance
• boost mood and lower stress
• calm the nervous system
• improve sleep
• spark creativity and mental clarity

And it feels good! The fresh air, sunlight, and rhythm of your steps naturally bring you back into the present moment. It becomes a form of moving meditation.

For women especially, walking is one of the most sustainable and supportive forms of exercise - gentle on the body but powerful for our physical and mental health.

Tonight’s reminder:
You don’t have to do everything. Just start with a walk.

Watching my son sit in my meditation class tonight filled my heart in a way that’s hard to put into words. 🤍

Meditation has been life-changing for me, and my dream has always been to share this simple but powerful practice with others—especially kids.

Seeing him and other teen boys show up and give it a try meant everything.

Imagine how different our lives might have been if we had learned about meditation, yoga, and self-care when we were young. These are tools that can help the next generation live with calmer minds, healthier bodies, and more peaceful hearts.

So grateful for the people who guided me here—especially Dawn Tardif of who helped me begin my meditation practice, and the amazing ladies of for welcoming me and opening their space for these classes.

Feeling very thankful tonight. ✨

March invites us to become more aware of the stories we tell ourselves. 🌿✨

Join me this Sunday 3/1 at 9am for a meditation + journaling experience centered on the power of our thoughts.

Our thoughts shape our lives, the way we feel, the choices we make, and the energy we carry. In this class, we’ll explore how to become more conscious of our inner dialogue—and how to shift it with intention, compassion, and clarity.

This class is for anyone who feels ready to move away from autopilot thinking. Rather than believing every thought that passes through, we’ll practice observing, softening, and choosing thoughts that truly support us.

The class will include:

✨ Guided meditation to help you witness and reframe thought patterns
✨ Gentle movement to release mental tension stored in the body
✨ Reflection on how your thoughts are shaping this current season of life
✨ Journaling for insight, clarity, and intentional mindset shifts

No meditation or journaling experience needed.
Journals and tea provided. 📝🫖
Just bring an open mind—and a willingness to shift the narrative within. 💭💛
