At Aviata, every birthday deserves to be celebrated!

Our Activities Director introduced a wonderful new tradition to recognize each resident on their special day. With the help of our department leaders, birthday hats were donned, delicious ice cream sundaes were prepared, and the team made special room-to-room visits, singing “Happy Birthday” to each birthday resident.

It’s thoughtful moments like these that bring smiles, create lasting memories, and remind our residents just how loved and celebrated they are.

This year, FHCA awarded $300,000 in scholarships to 88 long term care professionals across Florida, supporting caregivers and team members as they pursue advanced nursing education, professional certifications, and career development opportunities. These scholarships reflect a shared commitment to strengthening the future of long-term care through continued learning and leadership.
