I hope you are able to enjoy some sunny days! The weather didn't exactly cooperate for Mike's birthday last week so we didn't head to Misquamicut Beach but had a great day celebrating a wonderful husband and father ❤️ We have a special girl turning 18 years old (😢) this week! Fingers crossed the forecast improves but i know it will be a great day no matter what! I look forward to seeing you soon!

Mike and the kids were in New Jersey all weekend for "Hellfest" Leaving me alone overnight for the first time in ... I don't even know how long! And, yes - I did buy myself an entire Carvel ice cream and worked on it over the weekend 🤣 I saw plenty of fireworks as it seems every one of my neighbors had their own display going on lol I told Mike and the kids to have a great time and send me lots of pics. I got one..... yesterday ....but sounds like they had so much fun and I think Mike deserves Dad of the year for doing all that! We are all very lucky to have him and the quiet time was nice but I was very happy when they came back home.

Katana's graduation ceremony was great and the weather worked in our favor. It's still hard to believe she graduated and is getting closer and closer to turning 18 😢 The weekend turned out to be beautiful and I hope you had a great time celebrating and/or being celebrated for Father's Day! We spent the day at the beach, which according to my photo memories popup, is exactly what we were doing for Father's Day 2016 🤣 The kids look like entirely different people from 10 years ago. Instead of spending the day making sandcastles, they set their chairs up at a safe distance behind us as to not be seen with us🤣 although Logan did pop over on occasion. But a great time was had by all!

Thursday is Katana's High School graduation, it's been a busy few weekends of shopping for her perfect dress, shoes , accessories etc and accidentally wearing matching outfits while we did it 🤣 I still can't believe that she's graduating, it went by so fast ❤️ Speaking of children leaving the nest....... I spent many hours watching this beautiful Owl family in my backyard. It was amazing to watch the two babies grow and leave the nest in no time 😢 I felt so lucky to have them right outside my window and quickly learned both parents were never far. They were always in a nearby tree watching me watching the babies 🤣

It's been a busy couple of weeks celebrating Mother's Day and Logan's 16th birthday , which I still haven't wrapped my head around his sister driving 🤣 I'm not ready for another one! Also had a fun night playing bingo to raise funds for the Meriden Humane Society and we have had some new feathered friends hanging in our yard 🐦 🐦‍⬛ I hope that you have been doing well and that I will see you soon!
