Our Neighborhood Access team officially kicked off their community partnership with Wheel It Forward at the grand opening last week! Now, members of our community will be able to borrow/donate medical equipment directly from our equipment “library” on the North Haven campus! We would like to thank Elliot Sloyer for his incredible work with Wheel It Forward and our PT department and university staff for making this partnership possible for our students. The All Abilities Team runs Hiking Without Boundaries using our Freedom GRIT Chair to take participants on hikes to go out and get some exercise, some fresh air and have a whole lot of fun with our EQUIP members!

The All Abilities team runs their Seated Strong upper extremity class each Tuesday from 6-7PM via Zoom! Reach out if interested in joining this fun exercise class with weekly themes and health education! Come sit strong with us💪🏼!!
