To say this girl is 🤩EXCITED🤩 is an understatement. I can finally let the cat out of the bag… I have accepted a position with the Bridges Foundation! There, I will continue to help kiddos and their families, as well as provide innovative ideas and solutions that WORK! 🥳 BONUS: I will not have to fight city hall to provide proven strategies that help families feel heard, supported, and loved. I sincerely thank those who helped me get here, especially my former colleagues and kiddos who found value and believed in my work. And those who clearly did not - you helped most of all! I’ve kept my vision regardless of the resistance which of course always makes one stronger. 💪🏼

Hello hello! ⁣
I am just dropping in to say, “Hey! How’s it going?” ⁣

I know, I know. That’s a LOADED question, right? That one question can illicit a variety of emotions, so here’s the even BETTER question…⁣
⁣
“How do you WANT it to be going?” ⁣
⁣
Did that help you to start dreaming a little? ⁣
⁣
If your ship is heading off to a land very well known - to the land of heartache, confusion, anger, disappointment, stress, resentment - you know, the places where you automatically find yourself sailing off to on the regular, then you may want to sit in if you want to change direction…⁣
⁣
And I mean, you REALLY need to have a 🔥BURNING🔥 desire to change direction…⁣
⁣
Look. Something else is totally available to you. For THE LONGEST TIME - even while being immersed in this work! - I did not see how certain things could EVER happen for me. ⁣

👉🏼 The circumstances were too great.⁣
⁣
👉🏼 Can’t make other people understand. ⁣
⁣
👉🏼 I’m just a dreamer - who am I to actually make amy own dreams come true? ⁣

This list could go on and on and on… ⁣
But those stories are ones I no longer CHOOSE to subscribe to. 🛑 ⁣

There have been SO MANY shifts and evolutions in my life. Some major. Some so incremental that they were seemingly nonexistent. ⁣

But they all made a massive difference. ⁣

Ever feel like you just need to 🛑 STOP? 🛑⁣
⁣
STOP dreaming?⁣
STOP wondering? ⁣
STOP taking action?⁣
STOP reaching for your goals? ⁣
⁣
Just… STOP.⁣
⁣
Well, I’m here to tell you that you are on the right track! ⁣
But it’s obviously not what you think. ⁣
⁣
There is DEFINITELY something that you need to STOP but it is definitely NOT stepping toward a life you dream about. ⁣
⁣
Seriously though - do you ever think this life is just too much, too hard, too devastating, too stupid, too far away from anything that you would recognize as joyful, calm, and satisfying? ⁣
⁣
Let me share with you what is actually happening… All of those feelings are SO VERY VALID because they tell you EXACTLY what’s available. You see, every horrible feeling has an equal and opposite side available. ⁣
⁣
So here’s your truth if you accept and allow it - you feel too little, not capable, unable to access joy, out of control, and you just want so badly to be closer to a life you can embrace and revel in. ⁣
⁣
Am I right? ⁣
⁣
Is that you? ⁣
⁣
Now, allow me to tell you - from that information - what is available to you. ⁣
⁣
🩵 Feelings of complete significance.⁣
⁣
🤍 Knowing that you’re totally capable.⁣
⁣
🩵 An abundance of JOY!⁣
⁣
🤍 Realizing that you’re whole NOW.⁣
⁣
🩵 A life where you literally have to pinch yourself every single day because no matter what’s happening you are GOOD. ⁣
⁣
To get there there’s plenty that you must STOP. ⁣
⁣
🛑 COMPLAINING⁣
⁣
🛑 COMPARING⁣
⁣
🛑 GOSSIPING ⁣
⁣
🛑 WORRYING ⁣
⁣
🛑 BELIEVING THIS WORLD AND EVERYTHING AROUND YOU IS S**T. ⁣
⁣
What you want is right there on the other side of your entitled attitude and outdated belief system. The big, burly thing standing in your way is your perspective. ⁣
⁣
When you’re ready to hear and ultimately recognize that, THEN you’re ready to make the shifts that are necessary for true happiness, joy, abundance, and peace. ⁣
⁣
THIS is “the work” that so many talk about. If you believe this is you and you’re ready to move closer toward a more peaceful, joyful, and satisfying life then reply “Time to STOP” in the comments and I will reach out to you. ⁣

📢 LOUDER FOR PEOPLE IN THE BACK! 📢⁣
⁣
This may just be the NUMBER ONE unconscious pattern that I see in my clients. 😔⁣
⁣
Throughout lifetimes, we have come to put a whole lot of drama in our trauma. What ends up happening is that others believe that once you have enrolled them in that drama, they must show a level of what they believe to be empathy in the form of worry. ⁣
⁣
Here’s the thing though…. Empathy is not a feeling. It’s something that you actually employ. ⁣
⁣
WORRY is the feeling attached to it. ⁣
⁣
And 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 wholeheartedly believe that in order to show that they care, they MUST worry. ⁣
⁣
NOT TRUE. ⁣
⁣
In fact, by choosing to worry, you are actually putting a whole lot of undesirable negative energy toward the drama causing something similar to gasoline on flames. 🔥 ⁣
⁣
TRY THIS INSTEAD…⁣
⁣
Being empathetic is obviously a wonderful thing. From that empathetic place in your heart, have a conversation with the person and, once you have listened objectively (showing no real emotion one way or the other) ask them how they would like for it to be instead. Get their needs, wants, and desires THEN - instead of worry - choose to feel HOPEFUL and see them in THAT light, being, doing, and having that which is their desired outcome. ⁣
⁣
Can you feel the difference? ⁣
⁣
Think about it: Would you rather put the energy associated with being “worried ” or being “hopeful” behind your loved one’s drama?⁣
⁣
At first, it may not feel to them that you care. That is completely normal - you have not dealt with situations this way before. Simply assure that person - if they are willing to listen - that you absolutely care and that’s the EXACT reason why you chose to make the switch. ⁣
⁣
They may get it. ⁣
They may not. ⁣
⁣
But at least you know what kind of energy you’re pouring into your loved one. ⁣
⁣
BONUS: You will feel better too! No one should ever carry the burden of “worry.”⁣
⁣
