please (please!) make sure that you are not parking in (any) of our neighbor’s parking spots/ lots during classes 🤍 we know we sound like a broken record, but it is so important that we are respectful of our little village

-over thr next two weeks the state will be doing work on the bridge and our limited spaces will be even more limited…have no fear—there is always street parking + our beautiful municipal a lot down the road.

Dance Humans is COMING!

An extraordinary, ECSTATIC SPRING EVENING is planned for Friday May 1st, 6:30-8:00pm, followed by the Full Flower Moonrise viewing and Closing of the Collective at the North Kingstown Town Beach.

This workshop will begin with a 20-minute stretch with .laurito 🤍group breath and vocalization warm-up, which leads into a 60 minute full ecstatic flow state with unstructured, dance movements with live DJ ✨

COMMUNITY CLASSES = SPREADING LOVE + PAYING IT FORWARD

—starting the 24th 4.24) check out our new schedule and format for Community Classes. these classes will offered at both studio locations and all be a discounted $10 drop in— a portion of the proceeds will be donated to our favorite local charity every quarter 🤍

catch every friday at 5pm for some shaky legs and keep an eye out for new classes added each week!
