Because every client’s needs are different, I specialize in incorporating highly therapeutic deep tissue techniques into each treatment while maintaining the benefits of a stress relieving Swedish massage. To address problem areas, I may use trigger point therapy, as well as certain Shiatsu

and acupressure techniques to provide relief from aches, pains, and the effects of daily stress on the body and mind.
