College Park proudly celebrated our dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants during CNA Week, recognizing the compassion, hard work, and commitment they bring to our residents and families every day. To show our appreciation, we treated our amazing CNA team to a special steak lunch and a relaxing day of chair massages. Throughout the celebration, our caregivers had the opportunity to unwind and enjoy some well-deserved self-care in recognition of the countless ways they serve with kindness, patience, and heart.
Our CNAs are the backbone of our community, providing exceptional care, comfort, and support while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. Their dedication does not go unnoticed, and we are grateful for the passion they bring to their work each and every day.
A special thank you to Lisa from Simply Massaged Professional Mobile Services for providing therapeutic chair massages and helping make this celebration extra special. We appreciate all that our CNAs do and are honored to celebrate their outstanding contributions during CNA Week! 💙👏🥩🌟

Happy Philippine Independence Day! ❤️
On June 12, 2026, the residents and staff at College Park came together to celebrate Philippine Independence Day, honoring the rich history, culture, and traditions of the Filipino community.
As a diverse facility that welcomes, respects, and embraces all cultures, we were proud to celebrate this special occasion with our College Park family. The celebration began with residents and staff proudly singing the Philippine National Anthem, creating a meaningful and patriotic moment for everyone in attendance.
The event featured a delicious Filipino-inspired feast, including traditional dishes enjoyed by residents, staff, and guests. A beautifully roasted pig (lechon) served as the centerpiece of the meal, alongside a variety of authentic Filipino foods that brought people together through the shared experience of culture and cuisine.
Residents and staff gathered in a festive atmosphere decorated with Philippine flags and colorful red, white, blue, and yellow decorations. The celebration provided an opportunity to learn about Filipino heritage, recognize the contributions of Filipino residents and staff, and strengthen the sense of community that makes College Park such a special place.
Thank you to everyone who helped organize and participate in this wonderful celebration. Events like these remind us of the importance of diversity, inclusion, and coming together as one family while honoring the unique cultures that enrich our community.
