The shoulder joint provides us with a tremendous amount of flexibility. However, this range of motion can lead to shoulder pain or discomfort. Injuries and overuse can result in inflammation or instability. Arthritis can cause shoulder pain to increase over time and gradually reduce shoulder functionality.
