Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s one of the ways we remind ourselves that our own well-being matters, too. 💜

Take the walk. Read the book. Sit by the water. Get some extra sleep. Schedule the massage. Take an afternoon off. Do something that fills your cup instead of always pouring from it.

Whatever self-care looks like for you, give yourself permission to make room for it. You are worth the time. 🌿
