Meet Matt Cilone 👋
As Corporate Director of Human Resources at Inspira Health Group, Matt leads HR operations across the organization, helping support the people and teams that make compassionate care possible every day. 💙
Matt joined the organization in 2004 and quickly became an important part of the leadership team, bringing experience in management, hiring, and team development. He earned his degree from Kent State University and also proudly served six years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Pharmacy Technician 🇺🇸
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Matt on the golf course or in the kitchen cooking up something great. ⛳🍳
