May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and at the heart of recovery is healing both the mind and the spirit. Recovery is not just about stopping substance use. It is about learning how to live, cope, connect, and heal in healthy ways.

Outpatient treatment gives individuals the opportunity to receive support, therapy, accountability, and recovery tools while still maintaining work, school, and family responsibilities. It creates a space where people can heal without putting life completely on pause.

Mental health and substance use go hand in hand, and no one should have to struggle in silence. Seeking help is strength. Recovery is possible, healing is real, and support is available right here in our community.

Little Rock showed up in a big way at the Parker Gill Foundation Annual Golf Tournament

We are proud to stand alongside the Parker Gill Foundation as they continue to bring awareness, hope, and healing to families impacted by substance use and loss. Events like this are more than just a day on the course. They are about connection, remembrance, and building a stronger recovery community together.

Little Rock Recovery was honored to be part of such a meaningful event, surrounded by individuals and organizations who are committed to saving lives and supporting long-term recovery. Every conversation, every swing, and every moment shared is a reminder that recovery is possible and that none of us have to do this alone.

Today we had the honor of welcoming our friend Justin M. to Little Rock Recovery, where he shared his experience, strength, and hope with our clients.

What makes today even more meaningful is that Justin chose to spend part of his birthday giving back to others in recovery. That kind of selflessness is a true reflection of what recovery is all about.

To keep it you have to give it away. And Justin showed us exactly what that looks like.

Today was an incredible day at Little Rock Recovery. You could feel the hope, the connection, and the willingness to grow in every room.

A huge shoutout to Marybeth Hill with ARCHway Institute for coming in and sharing her story and heart with our clients. Her message was real, powerful, and exactly what people needed to hear. She continues to show what recovery looks like in action and reminds us all that healing is possible.

Known across Central Arkansas as Coach Robert Upshaw, a former football player and coach, your presence brought both leadership and inspiration to the room. Your willingness to show up and speak about hope, purpose, and the role of faith in recovery made a meaningful impact.

For many of the individuals we serve, reconnecting with faith is a key part of healing and finding a new way to live. Thank you for reminding our clients that no matter where they have been, there is grace, there is purpose, and there is a path forward.
