When I had my miscarriages and was feeling so sad, I would lay in my bed and look out at Ben Lomond Peak. It brought me so much comfort during some of my hardest days.
Jake Meacham painted Ben Lomond Peak for our earth room at the Birth Center and named it “Hope,” it means so much to me.
Jake, thank you for this priceless gift. You had no idea how much this mountain has meant to me, and now you have given me something I will cherish forever that continues to bring comfort to our families in the center.
I am so incredibly thankful for your kindness, your talent, and the beautiful meaning behind this painting. It will always be a very special part of our Birth Center and a reminder of hope for all the women and families🤍🏔️
Thank you, Jake. I hope anyone experiencing loss can find some piece of hope to hold onto to get you through the way this peak kept me going. Jake Meacham
